Printing

What types of files do you accept?

What resolution is needed for the picture?

At least 300dpi or use a 7 mega pixel camera. Remember we are usually expanding your photograph size so the better the dpi, the higher the pixel count, the better your image will print at its final stage. We can use files with lesser resolutions, however please be aware that the image will not be as clear once it is enlarged.

 

Will the Snap frog look exactly like the image I see on my computer screen?

Unfortunately, not always. The calibration of computers screens do not always exchange from one to another. So, unless you are printing vectorized images with pms specific colors there is a chance there can be variations in colors. Also, there are variations in color spectrum between RGB and CYMK printing a conversion that might be a factor in printing. (You probably didn’t understand any of that unless you are a professional photographer or someone in the sign industry. So to everyone else……if there is something that requires a customized look we have an artist on staff that can answer any concerns or address any needs you might have.) How do I relay specific requests regarding image cutouts, special coloring (color or black & white), or bordering of the print?

During the checkout process there will be a box to place comments or special requests such as the above. If you have any further requests or comments, please contact daveed53@yahoo.com.

 

Ordering

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

 

Do you have a shipping fee?

Yes, there is a $10 shipping fee added to all orders.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

If your order was placed online, then no sales tax will be charged. If your order was placed through a dealer that sells Snap frog, then they would charge federal, state, and local sales tax.

 

Can I buy multiple prints on one order?

Yes, you can purchase multiple prints, using multiple images, on the same order; however, only one shipping address can be placed per order.

 

Can I change or cancel my order? 

To be safe, we request that if you need to change or cancel and order, you should email the request to daveed53@yahoo.com  within 12 hours of placing the order. If it has been longer than 12 hours since placing the order, you can still email Dave with your request, however we cannot guarantee that the order has not already been processed. Printing your image is costly, therefore no changes or cancellations can be made after your order has been processed.

 

Do you have a return policy?

It depends. We always strive to give the best customer service possible, however due to the cost involved in printing your image, we cannot give refunds solely do to a change in heart. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of the print (not that it should ever happen, cause Snap frog are awesome) or there is some type of defect on the print, then we will accept reasonable request (within 30 days of shipment) for refunds, but we would prefer to just reprint the image. Please contact daveed53@yahoo.com  for any refund/reprint request.

 

After my image has been customized, will I be able to approve the changes made to the image before printing?

Yes, only if you specifically request this during the ordering process. Keep in mind that this will slow your order time & is not a standard procedure.

 

Can I check the status of my order?

Not really, but you will receive an email once your order has been shipped. To give you a guideline of when you can expect your order to be shipped, keep the following in mind:

·  Every Thursday, we print all orders that are received by noon on Monday.

· Every Friday, we ship the orders that were processed on Thursday.

This material took the paint off my wall….what can you do about this?

We can apologize. Please keep in mind that we are not the manufacturer of the material we use for printing & we cannot be held accountable for any claims or defects of their products. We have tested all of the materials that we use and do feel that they are all appropriate to reduce damage to surfaces in most indoor situations. If you have any issues with the material, then we would be glad to give you contact information for the manufacturer and provide any details needed of your transaction with us.

 

GRRRRR! I still have questions and cannot find the answers on this page, what do I do now?
